Description	The intention of the treatment is to relax, release and regenerate the whole energy field. This can sometimes be felt by the patient as sensations of warmth, tingling or deep relaxation to the point of going to sleep. The change is often dramatic and is usually accompanied by a sense of well being and absence of pain often after only two or three treatments. During a treatment session, I firstly carry out a consultation to assess the problem, past history and to find out any other factors attributing to their pain. I will then use light but very precise touch which is applied to reflex points, muscle insertions and acupuncture meridans to encourage the release of tension and pain. This is called the ‘rub out’ technique which is very gentle and relaxing. It's all about realignment of the body basically. After treatment many people say they feel a lot lighter, which is down to an overall better posture.
