Description	Natural Change brings together small, influential groups of people to participate in a programme of wilderness workshops. The approach combines personal development, experiential learning, mentoring, reflection time, group discussion, and a deep exploration of leadership and social change processes. The best known of these workshops were commissioned by WWF in 2008 and 2010, under the title of The Natural Change Project. You can download a copy of WWF’s reports from these programmes here. Natural Change Limited is a social enterprise. Any surpluses we create through our work are re-invested in developing and applying the Natural Change approach. This is done either directly, or through donations to the Natural Change Foundation.
